Section 2: Literature Review Results
The results section is organized by topic area. For each topic area, a
brief summary of the findings of the literature review is presented. Within
each summary, the major contributions and shortcomings of the literature are
documented and key reports are identified. In addition, after the summary
of each topic area, a series of relevant questions and answers (with
references) is presented.
