This is a publication of the Information Technology Technical Assistance and Training Center that is funded by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research of the U.S. Department of Education under grant number H133A000405. The research reported in this document was performed for the Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access (CATEA). Ms. Mimi Kessler of CATEA is the Project Director and Principal Investigator for the Information Technology Technical Assistance and Training Center (ITTATC) project, under which GTRI has received tasking to perform a needs assessment and to provide engineering support. W. Bradley Fain of GTRI is the Principal Investigator for GTRI's portion of the project. Researchers in GTRI's Electronic Systems Laboratory (ELSYS) performed the work documented in this report.
